Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s), round
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 6 slices of Gouda
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber(s), fresh
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 tbsp remoulade or tzatziki
- 3 tbsp sauce (gypsy sauce), fiery
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the flatbread crosswise like a roll. Spread the bottom thinly with spicy gypsy sauce and the top with remoulade. Top with cheese and cooked ham. Arrange the slices of cucumber, tomato, and egg on top. Season with oregano and fold the top over the bread. Let the bread chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, then slice it like a cake.
