Spicy pizza rolls with jalapenos

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, Paprika & Pepper flavor or a jar of cheese dip for tacos
  • 12 slice(s) of salami or 6 slices of ham
  • 4 jalapeño(s) from the jar
  • 4 slices of raclette cheese or Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roll out the pizza dough and spread with cream cheese or taco cheese dip. Cut the jalapenos into small pieces and scatter them on the dough. Place the salami or ham on top, ensuring the dough is well covered, and then roll up. Cut approximately 12 snails from the roll and place them on a baking sheet. Top each snail with a slice of cheese. The slice shouldn’t be too large, or the cheese will spread too much during baking. Now bake at 220°C on the pizza setting for approximately 10-15 minutes.
