Sauerkraut pizza with sausage

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 4 Mettenden
  • 300 g Kasseler cold cuts
  • 1 can sauerkraut (pineapple sauerkraut)
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 375 g medium-aged Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Prepare the dough according to the instructions and roll it out on a baking sheet. Cut the Mettenden sausage into slices and the smoked pork into strips. Top the dough with the cheese. Squeeze the sauerkraut well and spread it on top. Spread the paprika sauce by the tablespoon on the pizza. Bake the pizza in the oven at 175°C/150°C fan-assisted oven for 25-30 minutes. Cut the cheese into strips and sprinkle over the pizza after about 10 minutes of baking. Bake until golden brown.
