Children love it

Cut the cooked ham into cubes, separating the slices slightly. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ham cubes. Season with pepper, mixed pepper, and paprika. Add the cream and water and stir in the vegetable stock. Season the sauce again with mixed and black pepper and a little paprika. Add about 10-20 dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Add the broccoli to the sauce, bring everything to a boil briefly, and then simmer gently for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tortelloni according to the package instructions. Season the sauce again and bring to a boil. Thicken with a sauce thickener and season with nutmeg. Finally, drain the tortelloni and serve everything together on plates. Tip: If you want more of the broccoli flavor to infuse into the sauce, simply increase the cooking time. However, you won’t be able to see much of the broccoli florets then.
