Mini Donuts with Donut Maker

  • 260 g Flour
  • 250 Milliliters Milk
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 5 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 30 g Powdered sugar
  1. First mix the flour, sugar, milk, eggs and oil, salt and baking powder into a homogeneous dough. Mix until it is nice and smooth.
  2. Preheat the donut maker and coat it with a little oil so that the donuts can be loosened more easily afterwards.
  3. Then fill the molds of the donut maker with a tablespoon of batter and close the device.
  4. The donuts should bake golden brown for three to four minutes. For the final touch, sprinkle the donuts with a little icing sugar.
