Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (croissants or similar)
  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • ½ can of corn
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Cheese, grated
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into strips and fry. Drain the corn and add it. Combine the ketchup, cream, some grated cheese, and pizza seasoning and add to the sausage. Stir briefly and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Place 1/3 of the pasta into a casserole dish. Pour the sausage and corn mixture over it. Then add the remaining pasta and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad.
