Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • chives
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the macaroni in boiling water, taking care not to over-soften it. Sieve the pasta and place half of it in a greased baking dish. Layer the diced ham and chives between the layers. Whisk the eggs with the crème fraîche, season, and pour over the pasta mixture. Place the remaining pasta on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven on the middle rack at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
