Tortellini casserole with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 points tortellini, fresh
  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 2 cans of tomato paste or half a tube
  • 1 point ham (cooked ham)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tortellini. Dice the cooked ham and drain the mushrooms. Whisk together the sweet cream, sour cream, tomato paste, ham, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Dice the onions, sauté until translucent, and add them. Place the tortellini and sauce in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
