Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 3 tbsp sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener
- 2 tbsp lemon balm (2 – 3 leaves)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Low-calorie and refreshing drink – Not just for hot days
Halve the apple, core it, and cut it into chunks. Place it in a blender or suitable bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until fluffy.
