Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 225 g salmon fillet(s), raw
- 225 g smoked salmon
- 2 shallots
- 3 tbsp dill, chopped
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 shot of lime juice, preferably freshly squeezed
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs

Finely dice the salmon and shallots. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Place the tartar on either grated biscuits or pumpernickel and serve with a dollop of crème fraîche. Tip: If you like, you can let the tartar rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. The acidity of the lime will slightly marinate the salmon.
