Refined salmon tartare

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 225 g salmon fillet(s), raw
  • 225 g smoked salmon
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 shot of lime juice, preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the salmon and shallots. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Place the tartar on either grated biscuits or pumpernickel and serve with a dollop of crème fraîche. Tip: If you like, you can let the tartar rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. The acidity of the lime will slightly marinate the salmon.
