Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 can/n tomatoes, chopped (can)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 400g mozzarella
- 8 slices of salami
- 1 small jar of baby corn
- 1 can of fresh mushrooms
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Prepare a yeast dough and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, season the diced tomatoes with herbs, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, shape into balls, roll out, and place on a prepared baking sheet. Distribute the diced tomatoes on the pizza bases and cover densely with sliced mozzarella. Place salami slices on top for eyes, a baby corn on the cob for a nose, and form mushroom mouths. Let rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
