Broccoli casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli, cooked
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 class can/n soup (mushroom cream soup)
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Chop the cooked broccoli, mix it with the remaining ingredients, and place it in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes.
