Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 250 g brown sugar
- 200 g wheat flour type 405
- 70 g baking cocoa
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Milk
- 50 g Choco Chunks

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper and preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave and let it cool briefly. Using a hand mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the butter. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt together, then fold into the egg mixture. Add a little milk and fold in along with the chocolate chunks. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake the cake on the bottom rack for 25 minutes.
