Tuna rillettes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp, leveled mustard
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chives, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • some oil, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick starter with great taste

Drain the tuna thoroughly. If you’re only using tuna in its own juices, drain well and add a little oil to make the tuna supple. Shred the tuna with a fork. Add the crème fraîche, mustard, and chives and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least half an hour. Enjoy with baguette!
