Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mackerel(s), smoked
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 tsp lemon juice
  • 7 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp chives in rolls
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fillet the mackerel. Using two forks, shred the mackerel meat into fine shreds, mix with lemon juice and mayo until smooth. Stir in the onions and chives, and season with pepper.
