Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 chicken breast fillets
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml sauce (French dressing)
- 1 small jar of cranberries (wild cranberries, 220 g)
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 1 bag of soup (onion soup)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold running water, pat dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place them side by side in a greased, shallow baking dish. Combine the French dressing, cranberries, cream, and onion powder and pour the mixture over the chicken breast fillets. Place the dish on the oven rack. Conventional heat: approximately 180°C (preheated) or fan-assisted: approximately 160°C. Cooking time: approximately 60 minutes.
