Turkey and broccoli pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey meat
  • 300 g broccoli, frozen
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tsp chicken broth
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in a pan with a little oil. Dice the onions and sauté them. Pour in the cream and chicken broth. Add the thawed broccoli to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
