Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 500 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 200 ml cream
- 250 g herb cream cheese
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 40 g almond flakes
- salt and pepper
- some oil
- some butter

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Low-carb
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry in a little oil in a pan until crispy. Then add the broccoli and fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in the cream, soy sauce, and herb cream cheese, and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure everything in the sauce is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, gently toast the flaked almonds in a small pan with a little butter and sprinkle over the finished dish. Can also be prepared with frozen broccoli and frozen chicken breast. Defrost beforehand.
