Schnitzel pan with spicy sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 pork schnitzels
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Wash the schnitzel, pat dry, cut it in half, and place it in a greased baking dish. Spread the minced meat over the schnitzel and top with the tomato and pepper mixture. Mix the cream, garlic cloves, crème fraîche, and sauce together and pour over the schnitzel. Then cook in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 2 hours. Serve with rice or baguette.
