Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 kg schnitzel meat
  • Maggi Seasoning No. 1
  • 2 packs of cream cheese spread
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 large cans of mushrooms
  • 2 onions (vegetable onions)
  • 2 packs of sauce (hunter’s sauce)
  • 1 pack of gravy
  • 5 cups of sweet cream
  • 250 g bacon, lean

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Shred the meat, season with Maggi Seasoning No. 1, and let stand overnight. Finely chop the leek and onions. Layer the processed cheese, leek, mushrooms, and onions over the meat. Mix the hunter’s gravy and gravy with the cream and pour over the ingredients. Dice the bacon and sprinkle it over the mixture. Bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for about 2.5 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes.
