Pizza with artichokes and olives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 650 g can/s of artichoke(s)
  • 200 g sausage (chorizo)
  • n. B. Olives, black, without stones
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 200 g sour cream
  • pepper
  • 8 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Chorizo ​​adds spice

Drain the artichokes and cut them into wedges, and slice the chorizo. Divide the dough into four portions and place them on a baking sheet. Spread with sour cream and top with the ingredients. Sprinkle with thyme. Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.
