Strammer Max with minute steaks

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 steak(s) , (minute steaks) from pork
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 rolls
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash and trim the romaine lettuce, then pick off the leaves. Pat dry and let dry. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut into thick slices. Wash the meat, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the steaks, turning occasionally. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in another pan and fry the fried eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Cut open the rolls and spread a thin layer of butter on the bottom halves. Now top each roll half with lettuce leaves, steak, tomatoes, and fried egg, then grind the pepper and salt over the top.
