There Are Fish Burgers on Fridays

- 2 piece Fish fillet
- 2 piece Hamburger buns
- 8 disc Cucumber
- 4 disc Tomato
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dill
- 1 piece Egg
- 4 tbsp Wake-Up flour
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Simply cut the fish fillet into slightly coarser minced fish. You could also let it through the wolf, but if it is a bit chunky it tastes better to me.
- Mix the minced fish with salt, pepper, nutmeg, dill, egg and the baking flour and let it steep.
- Cut open the burger buns and roast a little on both sides on the grill. Place a dollop of majo and lettuce on the bottom, then place the freshly grilled fishcake on top.
- Put a dollop of majo on the top of the burger bun and with a few slices of tomato (if you like) on top and the delicious fish burger is ready.
