  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 slice(s) mountain cheese, strong
  • e.g. Remoulade (Danish style)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hard-boil the egg, rinse, and peel, then slice. Slice the tomato. Spread the toast generously with remoulade, then top with tomato and egg. Place the slice of mountain cheese on top and bake the toast for about 10 minutes at 200°C in a preheated oven.
