Egg scramble spread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of diced bacon, approx. 150 g
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the bacon and keep warm. Combine the milk and water in a bowl. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour and whisk. When small lumps begin to form, add the milk and water and whisk vigorously until thickened. Then add the beaten eggs and continue whisking vigorously until boiling. Turn off the heat, add the chives and bacon, and stir one last time. You can eat this scrambled eggs as is or use it as a spread.
