Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 360 g wheat flour type 405 or 550
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 160 g sour cream
- n. B. cinnamon sugar for rolling
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Beat butter and cream until creamy. Stir in the sifted flour. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Knead each piece lightly until the dough has softened slightly. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 5 mm, cut out cookies, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Knead the remaining dough together and cut out cookies (enough for 2 baking sheets). Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the cookies for approx. 14-15 minutes. Roll in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
