Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast, or sandwich toast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 bratwurst, coarse, raw
  • 4 slices of cheese of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Skin the sausage and place about half a sausage on each slice of toast. Peel the onion, place it in slices, and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
