Men's egg salad with bacon for a roll

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 10 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 handfuls bacon, diced
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Dice the eggs. Finely dice the onion. Fry half of the onion with the bacon cubes and let cool. Mix the mayonnaise and spices with the parsley and remaining onion cubes. Use a little salt, as the bacon releases a lot of salt. Then add the eggs and the bacon-onion mix, and you’re done.
