- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 Vienna sausage
- 3 gherkins
- ketchup
- Sauce, of your choice
- 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Hotdog as a pan dish
First, slice the onion into rings and fry in oil until crispy and brown. Then add ketchup and any other sauces to taste. Cut the Vienna sausages and gherkins into pieces and add them. Stir and you’re done. Finish with a little Worcestershire sauce to taste. This hot dog pan goes well with buns or fries. I prefer to cook this dish with vegetarian sausages.
