Fried egg in masquerade

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 40 g sausage (extra sausage), diced
  • 1 spring onion(s), cut into rings, including the green stalks
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • 25 g cheese, sliced, diced
  • 4 slices of toast
  • e.g. cheese (paprika spread cheese)
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • some lettuce leaves
  • little dressing (salad dressing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Served on toast it tastes great

Toast the slices of bread, place them on kitchen paper, and spread them with cream cheese. Drizzle the lettuce leaves with a little dressing. Fry the eggs in butter in a frying pan. Before the egg whites set, add the sausage, bell pepper, and cheese cubes, along with the onion rings. Add a little salt. Place the cooked eggs on the toast and arrange them on warmed plates with the lettuce leaves.
