Muesli with barley flakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml skimmed milk, 0.3% fat
  • 1 tbsp natural Skyr or yogurt
  • 40 g barley flakes, fine or coarse
  • 1 small apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the milk with the skyr. Stir in the barley flakes. Chop the apple into small pieces and add.
