Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml skimmed milk, 0.3% fat
- 1 tbsp natural Skyr or yogurt
- 40 g barley flakes, fine or coarse
- 1 small apple
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine the milk with the skyr. Stir in the barley flakes. Chop the apple into small pieces and add.
