Apple-Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes and/or muesli
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 ml milk
  • ½ apple, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • some chia seeds
  • some pine nuts
  • 1 tsp sweetener, e.g. honey, maple syrup, agave syrup or sugar beet syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

simply overnight

Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. It’s best to add the yogurt first, then the milk. Measure the oats using the jar. Mix all ingredients together and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight. Then enjoy your apple cinnamon oats straight from the jar. If you like them crunchy, you can top them with granola before eating. It’s perfect for a quick breakfast or to take to work. For sweetness, I like to use honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, or sugar beet syrup.
