Minute steak with tagliatelle

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 4 minute steak(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Trim, wash, and slice the leek into rings. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the steaks for about 1 minute on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and keep warm. Sauté the onion in the hot drippings. Add the tomatoes and leek and sauté briefly. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Season the tomato sauce with salt and pepper. Fold in the pasta and season again to taste. Serve the steaks with the tagliatelle.
