Nut muesli with grated apples

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • ½ liter of milk
  • ¼ liter coffee cream
  • 50 g honey
  • 20 g hazelnuts
  • 20 g pistachios
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 30 g fig(s), dried (or other dried fruit)
  • 2 large apples, sour (e.g. Jonagold or Boskop)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

rich in vitamins and fiber

Pour the milk and coffee cream into a large bowl. Roughly chop the walnuts, hazelnuts, and pistachios. Cut the figs into small pieces and add them to the coffee and cream mixture along with the nuts and oats. Add the honey, stir well, and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Before serving, coarsely grate the apples and add them to the muesli.
