Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 banana(s), sliced and frozen, set aside a few slices for decoration
- 200 g strawberries, set aside a few strawberries for decoration
- 250 g yogurt, more if necessary
- 3 tsp cocoa, sweetened
- possibly muesli (crunchy muesli from the database)
- possibly almond sticks
- possibly linseed
- Cereal as desired
- Fruit as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Banana and strawberry spoonable smoothie
Place the sliced and frozen banana slices in a blender with the strawberries, yogurt, and cocoa powder and puree. If desired, you can also add milk or juice, but the mixture should be spoonable and not too runny. Then ladle the fruit and yogurt puree into bowls and garnish with sliced fruit, muesli, almond slivers, and flaxseeds. The sky’s the limit when it comes to decoration. Enjoy immediately. A delicious breakfast or summer snack.
