Fresh pasta salad with lots of herbs

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 pack of herbs (8 herbs), frozen
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g pasta (spirals)
  • 1 pack of cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 peppers, green and yellow
  • 400 g meat sausage

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 38 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika, as the pasta absorbs a lot of the flavor. Halve the cherry tomatoes, drain the corn, and dice the bell peppers and sausage. Add these ingredients to the sauce. Finally, add the pasta and mix well. The pasta salad should sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, then adjust the seasoning if necessary.
