Colorful rice salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g rice
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 125 g meat sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • possibly parsley
  • possibly hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • possibly horseradish
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the rice and let it cool. Meanwhile, clean and wash the vegetables, chop the sausage, bell peppers, eggs, and spring onions. Chop the parsley and drain the corn. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, and horseradish and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then combine everything and season again.
