Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs, size M
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 200 g almonds, ground
- n. B. bitter almond aroma
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
without flour
Beat the eggs in a bowl for about 2 minutes until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth. Mix in the ground almonds and, if desired, the baking flavoring thoroughly. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Lightly grease an 18cm springform pan and pour in the batter. Bake the cake for about 35-40 minutes (test with a skewer). Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving. Or, cover with powdered sugar icing.
