Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 carrot(s), diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 200 ml red wine
- 100 ml meat broth
- Herbs of Provence
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Add oil to the pan and fry the onions briefly until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, and tomato paste to the pan and fry briefly. Pour in the red wine and the meat broth. Season with herbs and spices. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes. Serve with spaghetti or other pasta.
