Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of toast (rye bread)
- 20 g margarine (Rama balance), nothing else!
- 8 slice(s) cooked ham, wafer-thin slices
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), very finely sliced
- 2 small tomatoes, 100 g each
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Ham and cheese toast, breakfast like in the Netherlands, No. 2
Toast the bread slices and let them cool. Spread with Rama and top each with two slices of cooked ham. Distribute the cheese on the bread. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges, and top the bread with them.
