Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled
- ½ piece(s) cucumber(s)
- 3 small gherkins
- 1 carrot(s), small sliced
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
- Salt
- Vinegar (herbal)
- oil
- ½ cup vegetable broth, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Halve and slice the potatoes. In a bowl, combine all the other ingredients to make a marinade. Toss the potato slices with the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
