Spätzle with minced meat and sour cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • e.g. broth, (clear broth) instant
  • 400 g spaetzle or noodles
  • Sauce thickener, for dark sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the sour cream and stir in. Deglaze with water until everything is covered and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in enough sauce thickener until the desired consistency is reached and season with clear broth. Meanwhile, cook the spaetzle or noodles and serve both together.
