Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled
  • ½ piece(s) cucumber(s)
  • 3 small gherkins
  • 1 carrot(s), small sliced
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Vinegar (herbal)
  • oil
  • ½ cup vegetable broth, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Halve and slice the potatoes. In a bowl, combine all the other ingredients to make a marinade. Toss the potato slices with the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
