Cauliflower and cheese gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 packs of processed cheese with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the cauliflower in a casserole dish. Pour the cream into a saucepan and melt the cheese. Season with broth, if desired. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower – done. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Quick and delicious.
