Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 squid(s), fresh
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cans of fish (sild, 90 g each)
  • 2 can/n mussels, meat only, (90 g each)
  • 200 g crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 onions
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 10 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Cut the squid into rings and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Set aside. Drain the mussels, peel the garlic cloves and onion, and finely chop. For the marinade, combine the vinegar and oil. Add the garlic and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Mix half of the marinade with the onion and parsley, and the other half with the basil. Cover the squid and crab meat with the onion and parsley sauce, and the squid and mussels with the basil marinade, and mix. Cover and let stand for at least two hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
