Quick tomato Bolognese sauce with a twist

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soup powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • possibly basil or
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 1 shot of red wine
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super-quick sauce for spaghetti and other dishes with or without minced meat

For the tomato sauce, heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the chopped onion. Fry until translucent and lightly browned. Add the passata and stir until it begins to simmer gently. Add salt, pepper, parsley, soup mix, red wine, and cream cheese and mix well. Simmer gently until the desired consistency is reached. For the Bolognese, after frying the onions, fry the ground beef until lightly browned, then proceed with the recipe as for the tomato sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
