Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 155 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 60 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Melt the butter and then mix it with the sugar. Separately, combine the flour and baking powder and add them to the butter and sugar mixture alternately with the milk. Add the eggs and mix well. Fold the cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles into the mixture. Place paper baking cups in the holes of a 12-hole muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Divide the batter between the baking cups and bake for about 25 minutes.
