Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of herring fillet(s) (250 g, 3 fillets)
- ½ m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 m.-large gherkin(s)
- 6 capers
- 100 g cucumber(s), green
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 3 sprigs of parsley or frozen parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Finely dice all ingredients and season with spices. It tastes even better if you let it sit in the fridge for about 2 hours.
