Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of herring fillet(s) (250 g, 3 fillets)
  • ½ m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 m.-large gherkin(s)
  • 6 capers
  • 100 g cucumber(s), green
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs of parsley or frozen parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely dice all ingredients and season with spices. It tastes even better if you let it sit in the fridge for about 2 hours.
